8. DAMAGED, MISSING OR INCORRECT ORDERS
Customers should inspect their order promptly after delivery.
Claims involving a cracked or broken vial, leaking vial, visibly compromised seal, missing product, or incorrect product must be reported to Invicta Peptides within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
Customers may be required to provide their order number, photographs of the affected product, shipping container, packaging materials, and shipping label.
Please retain the affected product and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.
Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging, labels, or caps that does not compromise the integrity of the sealed product generally does not constitute product damage.
Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund, depending upon the circumstances and product availability.

9. CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests should be submitted before an order enters fulfillment.
Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.
